"Effective referral" should NOT be introduced in its 'Standard of Practice'. Forcing ethical and moral Doctors to actively refer patients to someone who will provide the killing of preborn (abortion), assisted suicide to the sick, the elderly, or those with mental illness (MAiD) is still aiding and abetting in a premature death. MAiD and abortion is immoral and unethical. STOP playing God. It is not for a physician to oblige to the termination of a life.
